Title: Senior US IT / Technical Recruiter (Female)
- 3 TO 8 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- To handle a team of recruitment sourcing apart from individual contribution
- Experience in job portals such as Linkedin, Dice, Monster, Indeed etc.,
- Thorough knowledge in US Tax terms and work visas
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Shift timing : 1PM TO 10 PM IST
- Office location: Perungudi , Chennai
- One way cab for 10 PM IST shift
