Hiring for Senior US IT Recruiter
Experience -3 to 6 years

- Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT technologies
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Expertise using job portals like monster,Dice ,Linkdin ,social media etc
- Expert level experience in recruiting citizens ,Greencards,EADs,OPT ,H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (w2,1099 & corp to corp)
- Experience in placing candidates on short and long term contracts as well as on Full time permanent jobs
- Experience working with Direct clients /VMS Requirements
- Excellent negotiating skills,strong communication skills to suit US Standards,excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Comfortable working in Night shift
- Confidence to work independently and good team player
- Proactive ,self-driven,highly motivated and aggressive towards making placements
- Graduate from recognized university(preferred)
