- 1 to 2 years of experience in US STAFFING
- Strong experience with direct client or MSP Client Recruitment
- Experience working on Full time requirements
- Ability to understand the technical requirements
- Excellent candidate assessment skills
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Should have exceptional communication skills
- Must be ready working in NIGHT SHIFTS/ EST shifts
- Should be self-motivated and has to be a team player
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
