Job Description


Note : Cantidate from Surat only required Responsibilities of IT Assistant Manager :- 1. Client support & Technical management.

  • Level 1 technical support via call, email & chat.
  • Level 2 or 2+ queries forward to the developer team.
  • Server setup & troubleshoot
  • System setup & troubleshoot.
  • Task Follow-up & reporting of the developer team.
  • Follow-up & Requirement gathering from the client.
2. Admin Tasks
  • Attendance & working hours management.
  • End-to-End recruitment process. (Job posting, Candidate follow-up, Interview scheduling, Joining & relieving formalities)
