r CTC: INR up to 01.80 LPA (Negotiable)

Exp: Min 01-03 yrs as Customer Support Associate (E-Commerce industryaEUR(TM)s experience will be preferred)r r

Report to Manager-Customer Support / Floorr r

SHIFT TIMING:r r

  • r
  • Morning Shift: 07:00 AM to 3:30 PMr
  • Evening Shift : 02:00 PM to 10:30 PMr
  • Night Shift: 10:15 PM to next Day 07:30 AMr

NEED SKILLS:r r

  • Candidate should be graduate in any stream / 10+2 passed candidate may applyr
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 01-03 as CCE / Customer Care Associate in any industry (E-Commerce industry experience will be preferred)r
  • The candidate should have a pleasant personalityr
  • Candidate must have excellent communication skills & client handling ability.r

CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING ARE PREFERABLE:r r

  • r
  • Experience in Customer handling in any industry (E-Commerce / IT industry experience will be preferred)r
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandatory)r
  • Ready to take the challenge of a new assignment as decided by managementr
  • Candidate to be ready for work on rotational shift (Shift will be changed every 15 days)r

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:r r

  • r
  • Take ownership of customer issuesr
  • Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolutionr
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsr
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departmentsr
  • Customer handlingr
  • Solve the queries of customers related to their productr
  • Coordinating with other departmentsr
  • Maintain customer databaser
