As an IT professional, you may write programs, maintain networks, analyze systems, and provide technical support. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage inventory of computers, mobile devices, network equipment, , including tracking of purchased equipment and services. \xef\x82\xb7 Support endpoint security standards (antivirus/firewall/patching). \xef\x82\xb7 Fluent English writing and speaking. \xef\x82\xb7 Server knowledge, Firewall knowledge, Good team Handling Skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinate with Customer care with Vendors \xef\x82\xb7 Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Implement security measures. Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements. Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems. \xef\x82\xb7 Troubleshooting Starting Problem if any \xef\x82\xb7 Analyze and Maintain baseline configuration of the Systems \xef\x82\xb7 DC hardening Policy \xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring the Servers to Ensure consistent performance \xe2\x80\x93 Memory Utilization, CPU Utilization \xef\x82\xb7 Restoration on Test Server as per Backup & Restore Policy \xef\x82\xb7 Very good Understanding of Computer Hardware and troubleshooting of Laptop/ Desktop, Network Connectivity, CCTV \xef\x82\xb7 Ideal candidate should have good experience in Windows Installation and troubleshooting. \xef\x82\xb7 Good Experience in managing Firewalls. \xef\x82\xb7 Troubleshooting to resolve network related issues. \xef\x82\xb7 Register maintenance \xef\x82\xb7 Troubleshooting all issues on desktop and laptop. \xef\x82\xb7 Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices \xef\x82\xb7 Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality \xef\x82\xb7 Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 922,000.00 per month Benefits:
