We believe in growing together and our people are the driving force behind our success. - IT support engineers to provide technical support to end users experiencing hardware, software, and networking issues.Will work on-site to assist with software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT related issues to onsite/remote users Mandatory Skills- Network Troubleshooting, technical support Desirable Skills- SSO applications Role -Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments. -Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. -Manage users\' accounts permissions and access across applications. -Basic knowledge of SSO applications, MDM applications, GItHUB, Bitbucket, Zoom. -Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. -Handle escalations from Level 1 support. -Experience in working on Google Workspace - Users, Groups, Distribution Lists etc. -Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems within specified SLA and ensure all issues are properly logged. -Follow, update and create standard operating procedures (SOP) to improve the teams\' knowledge management. -Candidate is expected to work in 24X7 shifts (on a rotational basis) Good interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
