You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken sales development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The sales development representative\'s responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, and connecting customers with the right salesperson. To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Responsibilities Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities Represent the company\'s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps Identify best practices for refining the company\'s lead-generation playbook Utilize CRM, cold calls, and email to generate new sales opportunities Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Sales or a related field 1 - 3 years\' of relevant work experience. Experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Relevant certification is an add on Teamwork and time management skills
