Expertise in Bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring
Adhering to the recruitment TAT and budgets.
Responsible for End to End recruitment cycle.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio.

Must be self driven and highly motivated.
Willing to learn and expand to other areas of HR other than recruitment and selection.
