Position: Sr. Recruitment Specialist (Hybrid) for a patisserie chain in Lower Parel, MumbaiQualifications Required: Graduation in any stream. MBA(HR) preferred.Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruitment and selection of non-IT positions. Experience in recruitment in the F&B sector is an added advantage.Other skills required: Well versed with Microsoft Office and G-suite. Excellent English communications skills are an important requirement. Should be familiar with online sourcing operations such as sourcing through job sites and social media.Job Responsibility: will perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions at all levels: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. Specific responsibilities include: Collaborates with department managers and HR to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Sources candidates through job portals, social media sites, campus, recruitment consultants etc. Screens applications and recommends qualified candidates. Schedules interviews; preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assists with the interview process, may attend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other team members. Articulates and negotiates all aspects of the job offer with candidates (including salary, benefits, bonuses, relocation, etc.). Follows-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and e-mail. Checks candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and other sources Should have hand on experience on recruitment portals and social media-based candidate sourcing Create/Amend and post job descriptions on career website and social media Collects and analyzes data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill positions, sources of successful candidates, etc. Handle negotiations, correspondence and coordination with recruitment consultants.
