We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects on Internal Cloud Platform and on premise platform.
• Lead and guide technical staff.
• Understand high level requirements and drive setting up the team.
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
• Actively provide support to management in driving and implementing agenda of people and change management across channels to help build the future of the bank for sustainable success.
• Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives to enable mindset shift, improve work efficiency/quality, create harmonious work environment, and enhance staff wellbeing
• Plan and create effective Reporting including progress report, risks management report and task completion reports.
• Planning with ability to work independently within a team environment and manage competing priorities
• Plays the role of Scrum Master, set-up Jira & run required ceremonie

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Must have overall experience of 8+ years and considerable experience in managing complex end to end projects
• Must have experience in working on Banking Domain.
• High expertise in Project Management with Jira/Confluence systems.
• Hands on technical/Development Background, is a must.
• Should have experience in managing a team.
• Should have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in team management, sprint planning and managing sprint goal.
• Play the role of a scrum master
• As per Agile development methodology should be flexible to support developed code in production environment
• Undertaking reporting for senior management and stakeholders
