Ensure IT Service Management is aligned to practices and framework of ITIL V3 Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.

Define project scope, goals and deliverables for the FMS support.
Ensuring that the IIM Bangalore infrastructure and related services are up and running, thereby meeting the predefined SLA.
Developing infrastructure and capacity plan to meet the performance.
Hand holding with IIMB vendors for executing IT projects.
Manage the IT Service Desk Function along-with the team and status updates on time for IIM Bangalore to take appropriate actions.
Provide technical leadership, create and manage standards according to IT strategic plan and roadmap defined by IIM Bangalore.

Maintain the assets records along with AMC / warranty details of all the managed devices through the Assets management tool.

Ensure 100 PERCENT data backup and restore as per IIMB provided backup-restore policy and conduct the DR drill as per the schedule and in consultation with IIMB.
