About the Role: The Program Manager will provide support and leadership for the Maintenance and Renewals business for one of Micro Focus’ largest portfolios, the IM&G group. Working with Support, Field Sales, Product Management and Engineering teams across, the Program Manager will develop a program of hyper care culture that will drive and help grow our renewals business. The Program Manager will identify, design and build a successful renewals program working with internal stakeholders and external customers and partners. You will:

• Lead and champion a company wide program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the process of enhancing our worldwide IM&G renewals.
• Manage activities of supporting field teams and internal dashboard development.
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to program stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal development partners to recommend and implement changes to processes or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to established schedules.
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into program.

You should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• Typically 6-10 years experience overall, with proven success developing and leading large programs and working directly with customers.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results
• Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.
• Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
