About the Role: IT observability manager is responsible foroverseeing and coordinating the people, resources and processes required to deliver new software/tools, maintain the existing software/tools, or upgrade existing products. It also requires creating and maintaining the technical documentation with respect to new or existing software\'s. Exposure to any monitoring tools, Operations management tools are must. IT observability manager should be able to demonstrate tool\'s capability, make sure to utilize the tool fullest , make sure to analyze underlying data to showcase the tool\'s efficacy & services rendered by tool for different functional teams. Key Accountabilities: . Analyzing all internal processes, services, applications and creating strategies for end-to-end monitoring. . Developing a deep understanding of services/projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery through tools/software. . Maintain and govern different monitoring tools, event management tools, end point management tools. . Work collaboratively with TMF leadership & enable to derive Product Roadmap . Ensures that all governance aspects of the tools are adhered to. . Ensures to meet end-user demands, solve monitoring problems, and drive client satisfaction for specific function / functions /services. . Identify key pain points impacting service-related processes in terms of monitored services, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary . Taking accountability for tools capability delivery, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand. . Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective coordination between tools team and other departments. Capabilities: 8-12 years of experience with knowledge of different software Products and features. Understands TMF Group\'s business lines, regulatory requirements and how the organization is structured. . Experience in monitoring tools like SCOM, Site 24x7, Performance management tools and so. . Experience in Graphana, Power BI tools . Experience in ITSM tools & terminology . Experience in various software\'s like end point management tools, BMC remedy, Asset management tools, etc. . Supports the up skilling of team through sharing of knowledge, best practice, and coaching . Experience in handling team of 10 or more with different geographies. . Understands own motivation and impact of personal impact to optimize personal and team performance . Should have good communication & Interpersonal skills . Should have IT Operations, SDLC & Dev Ops Experience. . Experience in ITIL (Incident, change & Problem management). . Expertise in Program/Project tools & techniques. . Should have leadership & team building skills. . Should have skills on Portfolio, Program and Project management. . Will manage stakeholders\' expectations with regards to delivery, escalating concerns as appropriate. . Puts colleagues/ clients at the center of everything they do to ensure a positive experience. Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT Cloud & Infrastructure services. Knowledge of Compute, Storage, networking, database, IAM. IT Infrastructure management, IT Operations management. Knowledge of Data analysis and Data presentation layer Monitoring tools/SCOM, Site 24x7, BHOM. Management tools/Software: DevOps, Remedy. Knowledge of data presentation layer like Power BI, Graphana. General skills: Team player. Constant learner & self-motivated person. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiar with ITIL & ITSM principles.
