IT Infrastructure - Manager Exp: 5+ years Salary: Negotiable Company: Skybertech IT Innovations Job location: Thrissur Job description Roles and Responsibilities: 1. IT Infrastructure Management: Managing IT infrastructure end-to-end activities for all clients. 2. Infrastructure Planning: Support Head IT & Innovation in development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective management of IT Infrastructure and efficient operational procedures. 3. Set-up and Implementation: Oversee implementation and execution of plans for installation, smooth operation and maintenance of data centre and network systems. 4. IT Infrastructure Support: Manage coordination with user departments for resolving tickets/ queries and concerns for IT Infrastructure support and ensure cross-functional support as required. 5. Contract and Vendor Management: Oversee procurement of network components, drive negotiations with vendors for the same. 6. Stakeholder Management: Oversee coordination with both internal and external stakeholders across the organization. 7. Financial and Budget Management: Ensure up-to-date preparation of the monthly expense report for tracking functional activities expenses and review the same before forwarding the same to Head IT & Innovation. 8. Audit and Reporting: Support in audit activities to ensure adherence to all applicable statutory regulatory requirements and internal norms and guidelines with respect to IT Infrastructure. 9. People Management: Drive a culture of performance in the team. Set goals, review, and manage performance, guide, counsel and provide feedback on performance to ensure a motivated and committed team.
