Desired: ITIL Certification. Microsoft Certification, CCNP/CCNA Technical Documentation Skills Key Attributes (Experience) 2- 6 years of experience on handling IT Infra of more than 3000 + users Knowledge of Windows OS, MAC IOS, Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, Office 365, e-Mail Services, MDM concepts for Tablet and Mobile devices, DLP, Collaboration Softwares and other end user computing device Technologies. Wi-Fi Access Points, Network L2 OFC Backbone design. Knowledge on passive infra Structured Cabling & Coordination with DEC for IT Infrastructure design Knowledge of VoIP will be additional advantage 2) IT Infra Field Support Manager Qualification and Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills): B.E / B.Tech (Computer, IT) with 7 - 14 years of experience with consistent academic career. Desired: ITIL Certification. Microsoft Certification, CCNP/CCNA Technical Documentation Skills Key Attributes (Experience) 7 - 14 years of experience on handling IT Infra of more than 3000 + users Knowledge of Windows OS, MAC IOS, Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, Office 365, e-Mail Services, MDM concepts for Tablet and Mobile devices, DLP, Collaboration Softwares and other end user computing device Technologies.
