Hi,
We have an urgent requirement of System Support executive for Gwalior Madhya pradesh & Pune location.
Note :-Candidate have to come for Interview at Delhi Location & 15 days stay for training.
Candidate from out city relocate to work at Pune/Gwalior location get the accommodation Expense.
Role : Support Executive
Experience : 1-2 years
CTC: 1.80 Lpa to up to 2.16 Lpa
No. of Openings : 02
Requirements :-
Monitor and maintain the computer networks
Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels like web, email, and phone.
Prioritizing and managing the workflow.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving the issue.
Maintaining procedural documents and reports.
Ability to learn and work on changing technologies.
Respond to customer’s calls, emails and act accordingly regarding issues.
Establish and maintain good working relationship with customers and other professionals.
Root-cause analysis and problem resolution.
Supporting product deployments.
Multitasking
