Job Title : IT Helpdesk & Windows Admin Location : Pune Experience : 3+ Years Skills : Windows OS, IT Helpdesk, Service Desk : Experience in handling 24x7 Service Desk support managing L1 and L2 team. Good exposure on ticketing tools- e.g. Service Now, Remedy, Service Desk, Jira service desk Experience in handling windows OS Support process with patching and update release, Ability to achieve SLA in critical condition. Know on various modules of ITIL-V3 (Request fulfilment, Incident,problem Management and change Management) Good skills on data analysis and presentation skills. Ability to handle technical queries on service desk and guide the team. Manager will be leading the team of 6 resources as of now supporting 24x7 environment. Key focus will be to streamline the process and work towards meeting the SLAs. Guide team on technical issue wherever possible Identify opportunity to automate or improve the process wherever possible. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports. \'
