  • Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk.
  • Experience as an employee of call center or as help desk engineer.
  • Experience in Active Directory – nice to have.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows 10, general awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and Network Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, politeness.
  • High level of English verbal/writing skills is obligated.
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
