Your Role: An excellent opportunity has become available for a polished IT Governance Manager responsible for supporting Training Management in Enabling Function IT. This position provides day-to-day operational support for Training Management activities. You will act as Administrator providing training and access to the Validated Learning Management System (LMS). You will provide content and present training for Line Managers in targeted training Forums. You will also provide data analysis and Key Performance Indicator reporting, as well as provide support for all personnel in the unit (EF-IT-G) for LMS topics (reporting, uploading training materials, creating and maintaining curricula, managing assignment profiles, etc.) You may also participate in testing or incident investigations for the LMS tool and provide back-up support to other team members. The position is based in Bangalore, India. Who you are: 3 years minimum operational support of training management process at a pharmaceutical regulated company. Demonstrated technical understanding of validated Learning Management Systems & interfaces.(Specific experience with Success Factors LMS a strong plus.) Practical experience with data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Minitab, Tableau, Qlik Sense). Independent work ethic and ability to support across multiple time zones (St. Louis, USA to Europe and Asia) e.g., 14:00 - 22:00 India Time. Excellent demonstrated presentation skills and English mother tongue fluency. Ability to provide system testing (UAT) and system investigation support (Incidents/User tickets).
