Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Build strong relationship and maintain regular cadence of touchpoints with business system owners and functional stakeholders in the space of scientific and laboratory data management

Build and maintain IT application roadmaps and plan for continuous improvement activities considering productivity, security and compliance aspects

Drive problem solving culture and lead root cause analysis ensuring that problems affecting IT platforms are identified and addressed at source.

Own IT documentation such as System Configuration Specification or Administration Work Instructions ensuring they are relevant, up to date and meet quality standards

Monitor performance against contracts and license agreements of any 3rd Parties involved in delivery and support of IT products and initiate changes or extensions of these contracts when necessary

The essential requirements of the job include:

A Subject Matter Expert, with established (5+ years) experience managing application platforms (specifically ELN and SDMS systems).

Familiar with scientific and laboratory data management in R&D area

Experienced in managing relationship with vendors on contractual and day to day level, ensuring quality of provided service and adherence to Service Level Agreements

Curious and ready to explore new technical capabilities to match evolving business demand

Experienced in working in quality-oriented environment

Excellent communicator with strong facilitation, coordination and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with ability to learn, adapt and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
