We are looking for you as a new member of our dynamic and international team! Your responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for maintenance of applications;
• Coordinating development and software releases;
• Shaping of roadmap for applications;
• Accountability for the resolution for any incidents, requests, changes or projects which have, or might have, a major impact on the relevant IT application;
• Triggering and driving improvement initiatives on quality of service, ensuring better alignment with business needs;
• Leading the Service Review Meetings to review the status and quality of the application/service;
• Support in cost estimates and project plans for the applications or integration platforms in scope;
• Building and maintaining relationship with stakeholders (including vendors).

Your background

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economy or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing global application/services or implementation projects;
• Good organization and self-discipline, time management and decisiveness;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential;
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team management skills;
• IT service management experience (including ITIL knowledge) is a must;
• SAP and SAP Concur knowledge is a plus.
