About Alstom in India Alstom has established a strong presence in India. Currently, the company is executing metro projects in several Indian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow where it is supplying Rolling Stock manufactured out its state of the art facility at SriCity in Andhra Pradesh. In the Mainline space, Alstom is executing Signaling & Power Supply Systems for the 343 Km. section on World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Phase 1 in the construction of the new electric locomotive factory for manufacturing and supply of 800 units of 12000HP locomotives is also complete at Madhepura, Bihar while the depot at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ready to commence operation. • Follow the safety procedure & norms inside the warehouse and in line.
• Maintain On time delivery of Kits (OTD) and SAP update as per target.
• Improve & sustain the 5S in Mirror Zone.
• Escalate the technical constrains to the internal/external Team members
• Identify Transaction errors/missing and update on time after analysis.
• Drive Line feedint team and maintain discipline & punctuality.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in SAP Transactions
• Propose the suggestions in the process for SQCD improvement through cre-ACTION.
• Maintain good level of inventory accuracy against target.
• Follow AZDP EHS rules and ensure zero deviation/incidents in warehouse operation.
• Get the week plan from SPC for the current week and next week.
• Based on the Week plan pick list need to collect from the SPC / pick list generation team.
• Discuss with Team leaders for the priority of the kit to be performed on the day.
• For the no-stock items (missing items) information given to the SPC for the further action.
• All the materials are clearly identified, cleaned, and stacked in the trolley as per the standard.
• Ensure Pick list (Materials Delivery List), Missing list, Car no, Delivery station are mentioned in respective trolleys which are easily visible to Manufacturing team.
• Ensure that Kitting trolleys are moved to corresponding station mentioned in the Production order.
• Follow the NCR process for line rejections as per standard procedure including movement of parts to Jail with the respective document
  

Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Exp\xc3\xa9rience

• Degree from recognised institution
• 10+ years related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Working knowledge in SAP
