Organisational Reporting: Reporting to Internal Logistics Leader Key Network & Links: EXTERNAL - EHS, Indus, Manufacturing, GSI, Quality, Project INTERNAL - Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Manager, Procurement team Performance Measurement: . Adhering the safety norms in the warehouse . To meet OTD against the delivery of Kits and online update in SAP . Improve 100% invetnory accuracy of parts stock . Productivity in Kitting Process . Improve 100% OTD of putaway . Zero deviation and control measures adherence in GSI process Responsibilities: . Maintain good level of inventory accuracy against target. . Process adherence of daily CC plan vs actual 100% & cross audit with core team . Process control anlaysis and finding proper RCA on inventory gap in case any . BOM analysis and control measures of parts issuance to line as per process . FIFO & FEFO management for all the parts during putaway & feeding to line . Follow the safety procedure & norms inside the warehouse . Self-manage the SQCD targets in Daily Work Management (DWM) - APSYS board . Maintain On time delivery of Kits (OTD) and SAP update as per PDP target. . Improve & sustain the 5S in Warehouse. . Escalate the technical constrains to the internal/external Team members through mail . Identify Transaction errors/missing and update on time after analysis. . Drive Kitting team to ensure 100% line feeding as per internal customer requirement . Maintain 100% accuracy in GSI Transactions . Propose the suggestions in the process for SQCD improvement through cre-ACTION. . Follow AZDP rules and ensure zero deviation/incidents in warehouse operation. . Prepare and attend internal and external audits. . On time put away of daily receipts and maintiaing 100% location accuracy for all the parts . Lead the kaizen related projects and implementation relates to the bench marking practices of warehouse operation Education & Knowledge: . BE with minmum 6+ years of expereince .
