Job Description


What you\'ll be doing

  • Accountable for gathering and advising on content from the team, shaping the design and creation of monthly newsletters
  • Distribution of monthly newsletters, via One Shot (comms mailing tool)
  • Management of Engineering Community list on Excel, locating pockets of Guilds and high users of Mobius, updating of distribution lists
  • Creating content for new product campaigns, including flyers and confluence site content
  • Maintaining and updating content on Mobius confluence site, including updating comms pages and adding new pages as required
  • Reviewing, updating, publishing, and curating content for Mobius Learning Pathways within Digital Campus
  • Executing and analysing customer experience surveys, including constructing questions, creation of templates, invites, distribution of, summarizing and presentation of results comparing to previous NPS scores.
  • Engagement with Mobius team on survey feedback and building and tracking action plans
  • Creating comms to report on actions plans.
  • Assist Mobius team with additional adhoc comms, ie tool training, general updates/outages
  • Liaising with Digital Comms teams to share updates and comms.
  • Update Workplace sites and Teams sites
Skills Required
  • Essential experience presenting content and data in engaging way on Powerpoint
  • Essential experience in Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP\'s and close attention to detail.
  • Desirable experience in OUC (internal BT people directory) directory reports
  • Desirable experience of Story-telling with data: strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and analytical techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to business audiences
  • Desirable Business acumen: Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g. business KPIs, business cases)
  • Desirable experience of MS Forms both preparing surveys and analysing and reporting on responses
