Interacting with stakeholders and understanding the requirements . Reaching out to potential candidates and doing basic prechecks . Conducting campus recruitments - On campus + Off campus . Maintaining your daily data . Guiding the candidates throughout the interview process . End to end Interview coordination . Sourcing fresh candidates for different requirementsQualifications & Skills . Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening) . Graduate or 2023 passing out .
