Provides strategic insights to Global Program Team (GPT)/Global Brand Team (GBT) to that shape/develop program/brand strategy. Brings deep understanding of therapy area, market and stakeholders (e.g., patients, ECPs, payers, and regulators) . Integrates research, intelligence and analytics to generate insights that facilitates decision making. Leads or actively participates in key processes like Strategic Planning, Budgeting etc. . Supports key development decision points (DDP, FDP) with relevant commercial assessments. Facilitates planning and execution of insights activities in line with brand/ portfolio strategy in collaboration with other PLS functions ensuring high efficiency and quality. . Brings localized insights into Brand / Program strategy by collaborating with Regional/local teams. . Manages external vendors and measure performance against KPIs. Ensures compliance to key Novartis processes (POP-PSP, etc.) across all activities. . Upholds and demonstrates Novartis values and behaviors in terms of collaboration, performance, innovation, quality, integrity and courage. . Is customer focused and drives continuous improvement within the organization Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements What you\'ll bring to the role: . Graduate degree with relevant science background is essential. Master\'s degree in science/Medical/Business is an advantage. Superior communication skills (oral and written), Fluency in English. Sound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Approx. 4-5 years relevant experience in an insights, analytics, strategic marketing or consulting role. Superior analytical skills and comfort in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau) . Project Management experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Experience of working with diverse cross functional and cross border teams in a matrix environment #Orbit Desirable Requirements: .
