About the department
The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs, including Insulin and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning and Commercial Operations. The Commercial & Corporate Affairs unit also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. In Obesity Commercial Unit, we are focused on changing the way obesity is viewed and treated today, as well as increasing number of people who receive innovative treatments and quality care. In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines. We conduct anonymised patient data analysis and drive analytical projects and processes to support brand teams, new product planning teams and senior management in strategic decision making. The Position As a Global Customer Insights Manager, You will support and drive the preparation of high-quality Market Research for key products, portfolios and areas of interest on a country/regional or global level. you will primarily be responsible for:

  • Drive the Market Research project management of a portfolio of Market Research projects in close collaboration with the Global brand teams, sourcing and key affiliates. Key responsibility for projects will be Specific to brand focus and process.
  • Supporting and drive the preparation of best-in-class customer insight analyses to senior management to enable strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Impact and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders, including partners in CS&CA, Regions, Top-15 affiliates, to ensure alignment and successful attainment of common targets.
  • Provide input to improve key Market Research processes in the department.
  • End to End Market Research execution including quantitative and qualitative. Basically, you will be handling Vendor selection, Request for proposal (RFP), Discussion guide/questionnaire development, reviewing and reports to align market research outputs to the expectation.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years’ experience in industry and/or as consultant, preferably within market research and pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong Project Management and global stakeholder management.
  • Master’s degree (business, engineering, natural sciences).
  • High level of initiative, flexibility and engagement is required, in order to proactively communicate to stakeholders and get buy-in and drive Market research projects forward.
  • Ensure and lead the preparation of high-quality market research.
  • Pharma/ Lifescience/ Healthcare will be preferred.
  • Establish and maintain business partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
