Integrated Facilities Manager (IFM) \xe2\x80\x93 Sales Launch (Female) \xc3\x98 Job Responsibilities Proactively review and monitor all facility\xe2\x80\x99s work executed well and in a safe protocol. With the manpower provided by the facilities vendor, deliver efficient facilities management in the area of cleaning services, pest control, waste management, facilities landscaping etc. Responsible for the management of integrated facilities management services, security systems, and events within the organizations. Repair damage to external and internal areas. Lead strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to Sales Launch. Perform building and grounds maintenance including cleaning services, space management, utilities and communications infrastructure, procurement, contract management, catering, and vending. Direct, coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling. Respond appropriately to emergencies or solve urgent issues arising within the Sales launch in relation to facilities management. Desired Candidate Profile: Diploma/Degree in facilities management, or another related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in facilities management. A self-starter and the ability to work independently. Presentable with strong communication skills to manage stakeholders including internal management and external vendors.
