Description This Insights Manager role is responsible for supporting organizational understanding of the USP’s customers and business environment. They conduct primary market research projects (not limited to India market) and be responsible for all phases from planning and research instrument development to fielding, analysis and reporting. Projects are executed by partnering with outside vendors or conducting market research internally in partnership with USP’s Research Operations team. Topic areas include but are not limited to: new product/service development, product user behavior and attitudes, brand identity and tracking, market trends, and opportunities to increase understanding of our customers and business environment for the pharmaceutical, biologic, dietary supplement, and food ingredient industries.
