RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learning and understanding company insurance products.
- Working on renewal of clients and coordinating with customers \xef\x82\xb7 Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
- Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
- Recommending available products.
- Typing up complaint reports.
- Prepare quotation, Policy, Claims
- Interested to working as a Underwriter, Claims, Customer support etc \xef\x82\xb7 General insurance products and policy schedules.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software.
- High-level typing skills.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way.
