We are therefore looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals for our customer service representative roles. As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for managing and directing inbound/outbound communication with in-person customer service interaction, with a specific emphasis on the Tamil language.Additional description:

• Answer inquiries through the intended method of communication graciously and in a customer-oriented manner
• Understand the needs of customers and provide quotes through phone or email communication
• Guide and instruct customers when they are navigating Remitbee platforms
• Efficiently and effectively follow up with customers, companies and other leads to maintain relationships
• Exhibit exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills when communicating with irritated customers
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation of communicated inquiries and conversations

Applicant Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in Tamil with at least professional work proficiency (fluent) and English.
• Must hold a High School Diploma
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to effectively manage time and keep organized
• Advanced critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in required programs and Software
