Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 400+ students who will do $40+ million in sales over the next 12 months.
Our Inside Sales Managers roll up to our Sales team, which is focused on the next $100 million. How do we develop a visual identity that turns us into a world-class brand? What does effective marketing content look like? How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints?
Our Sales Team manages our largest and most critical corporate accounts. Think of them as our special ops team that steps in when the job at hand is too large and the stakes are too high for our Campus Managers.
We're looking for someone who can coach Sales Associates on relating to and providing world-class service to our corporate accounts. These are often C-level executives from large companies. Their expectations are high and they turn to us to fully handle the merch side of their business.
A great sales leader is first and foremost a proficient seller. You should have years of personal sales experience to draw from and steer your direct reports through choppy waters. It's someone who relishes coaching. You're the type of person that gets more satisfaction helping someone get an A than getting an A yourself. You take pride in helping your reports realize potential they never thought they had.
