For an upcoming beauty and personal care e-commerce startup, we are searching for Influencer and Social Media Intern/ Associate/executive to execute these activities, supporting our company\xe2\x80\x99s overall media strategy. Job specification Title: Social Media & Influencer Marketing (Intern /Associate/executive) Job purpose As the Social Media & Influencer Marketing (Intern/ Associate/Executive), you\xe2\x80\x99ll manage the creation of social media strategies, and the planning and execution of successful social media and influencer campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to increase brand awareness and audience engagement across a range of social platforms, and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activity. You should have excellent multitasking skills, a creative way of thinking, brand understanding, and be comfortable presenting ideas and results to company. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have previous experience in social media and influencer marketing and be comfortable leading your own thoughts. Role & responsibility

• Audience:

• Set clear objectives: Agree objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads or sales as a starting point

• Campaign Analysis: Analyse the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement

• Influencer marketing: Work to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place

• Proven work experience within social media

• Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms

• Ability to deliver creative content ideas

• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels

• Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential

• Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively

• Maintains excellent writing and language skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Multitasking and analytics skills

• Proven experience in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies

• Commercially and creatively minded

• Process driven and demonstrate an ability to deliver in a timely manor

• Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience working handleling Influencers and social media.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Public Relations, social media marketing, influencer marketing, branding, SEM, and paid advertising
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of eCommerce.
• Excellent relationship builder and confident in managing influencer relationships.
• Problem solver and a forward thinker.
• Excellent time management, and you know how to manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
