- Managing Organisation's Social Media Presence.
- Developing creative and Engaging content for social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.
- Preparing Social Media Marketing strategy and providing weekly reports on user engagementgrowth
- Calling leads generated online to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing clients' queries of clients on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Providing product documents to leads and following up for sales.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
