Job Responsibilities Plan and drive the GTM for Invent India Drive brand building in the Indian market Own the annual bookings/ sales targets Generate leads with target accounts in Automotive & Manufacturing in the India market Develop/ deepen relationships with client/ CXOs Drive pursuits/ parts of large pursuits along with Invent India Industry leads Work closely with CG India Sales/ Account team to identify new leads/ pursuits Primary Skills 15-20 years of progressive work experience in Consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, IBM) Prior consulting/ service sales and business development experience Work experience in Auto/ Manufacturing Understanding of latest industry trends/ implications for consulting services Past experience of working with CXOs across domains in Auto/ Mfg. sectors Working in a cross-functional environment/ collaborating with various stakeholders
