Position: CFO (Holding Exp in Big 4) Qualification: CA attempts not more than 3. Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in NBFC, Wealth management, Entertainment, Hospitality Industry. Location: Mumbai Age : Not more than 45 years Candidate should have handled minimum 2000cr turnover. : Tax Planning: Efficient Tax planning to manage, optimize tax liabilities at group level and ensuring tax strategy is executed. Accountable for handling International Taxation including Withholding Tax and Transfer Pricing. Keeping management abreast of various tax implications on a continuing basis. Strategic Transactions and structuring Lead strategic initiatives - M&A, cost controls, financial restructuring, tax efficiencies. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods. To oversee operational and compliance functioning of AIF and NBFC. Banking and Finance: Liquidity Management and short term fund optimization. Monitor cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity. Formulate and manage budgets for family expenses and investments. Possess strong understanding of banking terms and managing strong relationships with the banks. Accounting and Operations Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems and ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures. Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports and tax returns. Overseeing preparation of final accounts for management, including statutory financial statements in accordance with accounting standards & guidelines as required by local laws. Creating a strong monthly MIS process including monthly balance sheet & P&L. Responsible to ensure timely completion of internal audit and statutory audit. Responsible to ensure implementation of internal audit points and suggestion and guidelines. Mentor, train and developing Corporate Team comprising treasury, taxation, secretarial, Corporate Planning, Internal Audit and Business finance & accounts teams. Financial Reporting and Compliance Ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. Ensure corporate law compliances & governance. Develop and implement risk management strategies. Driving technology implementation across functions. Supervise compliances of Secretarial and other functions. Desire Candidate should possess: A chartered accountant with 15-20 years of experience, implemented technology solutions and had the experience of leading some of the above roles. He should possess strong analytical skills, strong self-driven attitude and an ability to pay attention to detail. Experience of working with promoters.
