HR Transformation| 15 to 20 years| Pan India Responsible for overall Functional / Business Operations various Transformation initiatives Build / validate Initiatives business case Orchestrate / manage workshops amongst various stakeholders in order to build consensus Build financial performance / tracking mechanisms for various initiatives Create periodic and adhoc usage reports which helps Leadership with current situation and actionable insights Identify & promote success stories and associated stakeholders within the landscape Work closely with Marketing/branding team and extend support in driving communications, launching sponsored programs on various internal / external channels Streamline stakeholder communications processes to ensure timely delivery of content to relevant stakeholders Tracking / analysis of initiative process, suggest corrective steps, enhancement if needed Primary Skills Good experience in running transformation initiatives across global stakeholders at scale Should have owned / driven at least 2-3 transformation initiatives Good stakeholder mgmt, conflict mgmt, negotiation skills Strong Communications - written / verbal Secondary Skills High energy level, passionate about work ethics creative content, blogging, running campaigns Good in MS Excel / Powerpoint for data aggregation / analytics
