This role requires candidates to provide support to our customer on 24X7 basis.

Knowledge and abilities
Advance troubleshooting skills for Cisco Unified Communication service.
CUCM, Unity connection, Cisco Voice Gateways, Expressway, MRA, CUPS
Call Manager Express/Unified Communications Manager Express Unity Express.
Experience on Cisco Expressway, SBC etc.
Understanding of fundamental network technologies (VPNs, NAT, etc.)
Qualified on Network, LAN/WAN topologies and protocols
