Good working knowledge of MS office tools specially well-versed with Excel (advance level) and powerpoint (intermediate). Creating dashboards and progress reporting would be a major focus area. Should be a friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. should be able to collaborate well with stakeholders to understand training needs, demand consolidation and plan the learning programs. Should be able to coordinate with training vendors and negotiate well. Should be able to work on reports and data and derive insightful inferences to aid in decision making. Knowledge of some AI tools will be a plus. Should be based out of Bangalore and work in hybrid model. Office availability required for any physical training program co-ordination or as needed
