About the Role:
The Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) role involves designing and anchoring of Talent Management initiatives. This role involves design and execution of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s talent mobility initiatives in line with the HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement policy, processes and programs for internal mobility
Create career pathways for employees to facilitate horizontal and vertical movements across the Bank
Develop assessment and certification journeys for employees to facilitate mobility
Collaborate with all HR COEs to redesign policies and processes in line with mobility objectives.
Drive change management for the program across the Bank, collaborating with senior leaders
Develop a technology driven talent marketplace
