Our fundraise marketing service targets US clients in verticals such as real estate, crypto funds and non-profits. Find out what it\'s like to work with us - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_csckzou9JRT3gXpUEqhpCKon_uzLu7BuRSl2PFZJDM/editusp=sharing LOCATION Mumbai/ Delhi ROLE TITLE Consultant - HR & Admin Specialist PRIMARY GOAL Work closely with the HR Director in coordinating and managing HR, Talent Acquisition, and Admin initiatives. Assist in all HR initiatives such as talent acquisition, administration, invoices and asset management, travel management, calendars management, and report generation. Handle day-to-day business and administrative activities internally and help with any business communications. RESPONSIBILITIES HR & Administration: Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization, and to improve the consultant experience Assist with maintaining the existing processes, tools, templates, and databases. Create or modify decks for external and internal presentations Assist the HR Project Lead in executing any/ all of the consultant engagement activities. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Talent Acquisition: Assist with end-to-end recruitment from helping create JDs, posting the job and sourcing the profiles, setting up interviews, and interview coordination from time to time. Invoices and Asset Management: Additions, deletions, claims coordination and managing company assets registry. Manage accounts-related tasks: create invoices, follow up with clients on payments and make purchases Travel Management: Organize travel plans (travel management) and calendars as per the requirements. Manage end to end travel arrangements for all consultants. Manage the tax invoices for every travel and accommodation booked through travel accounts. Calendars and meetings: Calendar management: Organize board meetings, conferences, and other events; maintain the agenda; and assist with planning. Attend meetings and record minutes (MOM) whenever required for the HR team. Coordinate internally before scheduling meetings and blocking calendars for meetings/ events. Report Management: Assist with the preparation of HR reports such as time off, new hire, and turnover reports. Support processes through the consultant life cycle as needed We\'re always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership of projects where you can learn and add value; deep dive into the various aspects of the business to grow in the organization and take on a different role in the organization with more specific responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS 2-4 years of experience in the HR and Administration. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, invoicing, calendars and travel management. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Experience using HRIS systems, and Google Suite products is preferred. Ability to multitask - prioritizing and planning Self-starter and go-getter, but always looking for guidance to improve Exceptionally well organized. Strong attention to detail; must be thorough in notes and record-keeping Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Highly perceptive and adaptable to different situations Capable of being an ambassador of Indiginus\'s culture and values.
