Job Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Female Human Resources Manager to join our team at Anhox Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company\'s growth and objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity Proficient in HRIS and other HR software Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies and programs Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Oversee performance management systems to ensure fair and objective evaluations Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Manage employee relations issues and ensure a positive and productive work environment Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
