We are looking for an HR Manager (Female) to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. She should be the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. \xc3\x98 Manpower planning and ensuring the sufficient manpower as per the organization requirement. \xc3\x98 Responsible for Induction of new recruitments. \xc3\x98 Responsible for Office time and Administration. \xc3\x98 Maintaining Attendance records and Leave Registers. \xc3\x98 Responsible for payroll and administration. \xc3\x98 Organizing training programs for all functional departments. \xc3\x98 Implementation of HR policies. \xc3\x98 Responsible for co-ordination of Audits / arrangements. \xc3\x98 Responsible for statutory compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR and Administration. \xc3\x98 To maintain good relations with Govt. officials and Local Bodies. \xc3\x98 Overall responsible for all the Human Resources Development activities as per the organization requirement. \xc3\x98 Other ad-hoc duties given by the management Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
