Need Skilled, Active and dedicated Human Resources Manager for Pune Location who is proficient in conducting and managing hiring process and is well versed with all the HR activities and Operations. IMMEDIATE JOINERS ARE REQUIRED.

Need Dynamic, Self learner and Skilled Human Resource Manager for Pune location who is able to - 1) Lead the team of experienced Professionals. 2) Administer the whole office and manage employees smartly. 3) Recruit new staff, take their interviews, do their smooth onboarding and monitor their performance throughout their job cycle. Must be able to manage every aspect of the employment process including their training and orientation. 4) Must have proper knowledge of posting ads on different portals and manage the hiring process. 4) Prepare job descriptions, offer letters, relieving letters, experience letters, policies, Pay-in slips and other professional documents of the organisation. 5) Maintain Employee Records (attendance etc) 6) Prepare Salary Sheets in accordance with the Legal and Statutory requirements of TDS, PF, ESI, Bonus etc. 7) Must have knowledge of Statutory compliances (how to deduct and calculate TDS, process of PF, ESI, Bonus etc) and must be able to prepare Salary Sheets and Pay - in slips. 8) Must be proficient in Drafting. 9) Must be well-versed with event management and taking charge of conducting different events, training sessions and development programs. IMMEDIATE JOINER IS REQUIRED. CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO WORK FROM OFFICE.
