Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall HR functions within our company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective HR operations and provide comprehensive support to our employees. You will work closely with the HR team, department managers, and employees to maintain a positive work environment, facilitate employee engagement, and drive the success of our company. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source, screen, and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates. Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment. Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts. Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees. Assist in identifying training and development needs and implementing relevant programs. Track and analyze employee performance metrics. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Prepare HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters. Handle employee benefits administration, including leave management and health insurance coordination. Stay updated on HR best practices and employment legislation. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar HR role. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using HR software and MS Office Suite. Respectful of confidentiality and sensitive information. Fluency in English, Tamil and excellent command of written and spoken English.
