HR- Talent Acquisition Experience: 2+ years, preferably from healthcare/hospital Industry Job Type: Full-time Location: Noida Salary: Salary based on experience Roles and Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization\'s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. End to end recruitment. (Doctors recruitment is added advantage) Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms). Screening the candidate\'s resumes & following up on the interview process status. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person). Coordination between - employees & managers. Performing reference and background checks. Work with departments heads to maintain and continue building a culture of innovation and performance excellence. Administer new employees/Doctors onboarding and orientation. Provide the relevant process reports daily. Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules. Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures. Maintains accurate payroll files. Prepare required payroll reports to complete payroll entries. Desired Candidate Profile: We are looking for smart committed individuals with - strong communications & team skills, resourcefulness and overall positive attitude who values his/her professional growth. MBA or relevant experience 2+ years\' experience in Human Resources Strong recruiting ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Demonstrated expertise in grievance redressal. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement.
