  • This customer focused, pro-active, energetic and collaborative role will serve as an HR Advisor within the People Services.
  • Administering the end to end Onboarding and monthly Induction program
  • Administering Offboarding formalities and conducting exit interview, collate data and report back to HR stakeholders.
  • Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies (leaves and compensation), procedures, practices and resolve any grievance that may arise.
  • Monitor the monthly payroll inputs
  • Utilize our case management system (ServiceNow) to achieve required service level agreement metrics and overall client satisfaction.
  • Support Statutory Internal and external Audits
  • Ensure the UAT\xe2\x80\x99s are completed successfully and on time in liaison with internal and global team
  • Final settlements / statutory retirement payments for resigned and retired employees
  • Analyze work process design and flow for the Tier 1- People Services team and work with internal and external clients and vendors to implement improved processes, while suggesting necessary improvements to improve the overall client experience and efficiency.
  • Individuals will function across all business units and will provide accurate and timely HR Transactional support to employees, managers, and other HR professionals.
  • Provide consistent, timely, accurate and customer-focused HR transactional services and data administration to key stakeholders and customers, while contributing to the achievement of the People Services\xe2\x80\x99 overall vision and strategy.
  • Data Governance responsibility on data accuracy and HR reporting including KPI management reporting
  • Review and update existing HR policies/procedures and assist in producing new policies/procedures in relation to HR Transactional services.
  • Conduct analysis and prepare ongoing HR Transactional reports to effectively administer policies and programs.
  • Understand and be compliant with the corporate data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Work in a team environment to resolve customer questions or issues in broad range of HR matters
  • Timely reports on the various HR subjects handled
  • Actively engage in ACE Perform any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by the business and support continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring the timely performance metrics for the Tier 1 team members.
Requirements
  • Strong HR generalist skills with Shared Services background and relevant experience in a line HR role or COE
  • Hands on workday and service now tools
  • Ability to carefully listen, probe and analyze data accompanied with sound judgment that meets organization and employee objectives
  • Experience in Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations or Reporting an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in teams within deadlines.
  • Wide-ranging understanding of current HR policy and process and able to provide advice and guidance on complex issues.
  • Good understanding of local legal & regulatory requirements required for specialized services.
  • Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities across all levels of the business
  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly , Good leadership skills and excellent stake holder management
  • Highly organized with strong administrative skills and Ability to operate independently on own initiative
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years as an HR Generalist or in CoE
  • Significant strategic HR Business Partnering experience, including managing complex business change
  • Self-starter with a drive to make things happen at pace
  • Prior experience in managing high-volume HR requests and data administration preferred.
  • Experience managing data in HRIS systems required; experience using Workday.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pace and deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to learn processes, policies, and the ability to apply ACE principles to these processes for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.
Education Required:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in any stream from a recognized university
