Job Role: Data handling (preparation of MIS reports and analysis on manpower, attrition and other HR ops related activities) Monitoring and publishing Budget v Actual on regular basis Measure and analyze SLA/TATof various activities and drive change to improve on an ongoing basis Draft, review and manage communication flow in a timely and accurate manner Organize and prepare for meetings/events/offsites, including documentation and attending to logistics of meetings Ensuring smooth onboarding experience for new joiners including organizing induction and coordination of travel / accommodation arrangements To manage and monitor the transition of HR Business Partner transactional activities Attend meetings and take notes of discussion, prepare the initial draft of MoM Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other Job Requirements: Should be a self-starter with good communication and networking skills. Graduate / Post graduate with 10-12 years of relevant experience Should be comfortable managing logistical and operational challenges involved in the role Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Should be comfortable with Excel, Power Point, Word for reporting and analysis Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities Time management skills
