- Manage end to end back end HR operations for employee life cycle management
- Preparing daily and weekly reports to track of transactions and BAU activities
- Adhering to compliance and audit requirements
- Vendor management , invoicing etc
- Addressing employee queries & necessary record updation
- Assist in employee transfers , HRMS mapping changes and record management
- Publishing MIS to HR partner
